We provide martial arts instruction in our studio and as a part of daycare programs around the state of Connecticut.  Developing for more than 20 years, Nitsuj Style MMA is a combination of striking, grappling, and self-defense techniques, with a heavy focus on discipline, self confidence, respect, and physical and mental growth.

We have classes for children of all ages (kids are our specialty) and adults.
